Pathward is seeking a software engineer to contribute to a hybrid, remote‑office work model across multiple U.S. locations.
You will apply knowledge of Pathward’s technical stack to develop solutions with a team, covering design, development, testing, and documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 5+ years in a professional technical environment, and 4 years specifically in software design and development.

Apply knowledge of the technologies in Pathward’s technical stack to develop solutions. Responsibilities include working as part of a team and performing all duties of software development, including design, development, testing, and documentation.

Salary range: $86,000 – $145,000. The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
