Job summary

TMC TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer to join our team in King George, VA. This role requires a secret security clearance and a bachelor’s degree in STEM. The position focuses on software development and engineering for a 5-year contract with the Naval Surface Warfare Center.

Applicants must have experience in programming languages including C++, C, Python, and Java, as well as familiarity with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies. While remote work may be possible, candidates will initially work on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with C++, C, Python, and Batch programming.
• 3+ years of Java experience.
• Understanding of networking principles.
• Experience with Model-driven architecture tools and languages.
• General software engineering experience in software architecture design.
• Familiar with DevSecOps processes and principles.
• Experience with Agile methodology and SAFE Agile principles.
