About The Role

Shape the future of AI with Rust! As an AI Tutor - Rust, you'll leverage your systems programming skills to enhance AI-generated code, ensuring safety and performance.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Review Rust code for memory safety, correctness, and idiomatic style.
  2. Address complex systems-level problems using Rust and document your process.
  3. Identify and fix flaws in AI output or unclear logic.
  4. Communicate your approach and decisions clearly and concisely.

About You:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in Rust: Ownership, lifetimes, borrowing, traits, concurrency.
  • 3-5 years of Rust or systems programming experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's or PhD is a plus.
  • Deep interest in AI, compilers, or safe system design.
