We are seeking software engineers who enjoy the challenge of working across the full stack: building new customer facing features and continually improving the underlying infrastructure while learning and sharing their own technical knowledge with the rest of the team.

We hire engineers who demand a complete understanding of the business context of their work, and use that business context to create well-constructed, cleanly architected and maintainable software that solves the customer problem. Day to day work includes coding new features, infrastructure improvements and fixing bugs. We value TDD and rely upon our engineers to test their own code extremely well within our fully-automated test infrastructure. We actively develop talent internally and you’ll be encouraged to take leadership roles on projects and within the Agile process.

Our technology stack makes extensive use of Ruby, Redis, Cassandra, and PostgreSQL.
We use Agile development processes and test-driven development techniques. We’re always experimenting and improving our processes based on what works well for the current size of the team and the current challenges in front of us.
Some of our engineers use Mac OS X with Vim, some others use Linux with Sublime. We believe that engineers choose the best tools that work for them
