Job summary

Rosetta Stone, the experts in language learning, seeks Software Engineers for our San Mateo, CA headquarters. You will work with a team on new projects and within existing codebases, building back-end wiring, application logic, and UI for our products.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software engineering, a CS degree, strong programming skills (Ruby/Go/Java), and solid JS/HTML/CSS. Knowledge of AWS, MySQL, MongoDB, GraphQL/Node, and React is a plus.

Qualifications

• Modern best practices in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.

Rosetta Stone, the experts in language learning with products that provide an immersive learning experience for 25 languages, is seeking Software Engineers. The ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and language learning and will help us add new features to our extremely successful Rosetta Stone products.

This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Work with a team of talented engineers, both starting projects from scratch and also working within the existing code base

The base salary range for this full-time position is $116,000 to $150,000 + equity + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
