Crossing Hurdles is seeking engineers to create reinforcement learning environments to test AI model capabilities and to optimize software for performance and scalability. The role involves debugging complex issues, implementing features, and refactoring code for efficiency while designing reproducible, deterministic verification solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable, high-quality software and measure tool usage and software engineering proficiency

Qualifications

• Proficiency in listed languages (C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience debugging complex software issues.
• Background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
