A leading company is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design and maintain software applications that enhance healthcare quality metrics. The successful candidate will possess strong .NET and C# skills, communicate effectively, and be prepared to work with existing systems while contributing to new product development.
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining production, pre-production and prototype software applications. You will coordinate with team leads, senior engineers and management in order to create efficient, correct and maintainable solutions that enhance current applications and create new products.
Performance goals for this role will be linked to the ability to manage work efficiently, finish work on time and produce high-quality code with minimal outstanding issues.
Specific responsibilities will include maintenance and extension of a module responsible for capturing, recording, and reporting results for healthcare quality measures; supporting applications which report, enforce, and monitor quality in a healthcare setting; performing analysis and benchmarking of existing systems to identify bottlenecks and improvements; work with senior staff members to grow knowledge of existing system functionalities.
