Founded in 2022, we’re trusted by global enterprises. Our team previously built Tessian and has raised $75M from investors. We’re exploring relocation to London, UK, with visa support and relocation assistance for Senior+ Software Engineers.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking an exceptional, product-minded software engineer to join our engineering team and help scale Omnea. Our team will grow from double-digit to 200+ enterprise customers with significant revenue growth in the next 2-3 years. You will support us in driving the growth of our product, team, and company as we move from start-up to scale-up. We recently raised $50M in Series B and have seen rapid growth in revenue and customer base.

We’re hiring at both Level 3 (Senior) and Level 4 (Staff). We care more about skills than years of experience; typically candidates at this level have around 5+ years of software engineering experience. You should be prepared to undertake our pair-programming interview in Javascript or Typescript and be assessed on that basis. We are hiring for full-stack engineers; if you are primarily frontend-only, backend-only, devops/platform, or primarily use a different language, this may not be a fit.

What Can You Expect in Our Tech Team

• Work with modern tech: TypeScript, React, Material UI, Postgres, Hasura, AWS Serverless, CDK, SST, observability tools, and CI/CD.
• End-to-end ownership: from product and design to deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement.
• Continuous delivery: deploy small, incremental changes multiple times per day.
• Scalability: help scale product, architecture, and processes as customer base grows.
• Collaboration and autonomy: work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Customer-centric: iterate based on customer feedback to deliver delightful solutions.

About You

• Typically 5+ years building web apps (full-stack, TypeScript, and ideally AWS).
• Ability to drive high-impact engineering, with experience using best-in-class tooling in AWS, IaC, observability, and quality assurance.
• Focus on building reliable and well-architected products with quality and observability at the forefront.
• Comfort moving across the stack; eager to learn new skills and deliver quickly.
• Desire for ownership and willingness to tackle larger engineering projects; interest in DevOps or SRE growth is a plus.
• Team-oriented: enjoy helping teammates and sharing knowledge to boost overall performance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy, while leveraging the support of an experienced team.

Nice to haves

• Outstanding performance in other areas (academics, sports, work, etc.).
• Passion for engineering beyond a job: open-source contributions or side projects; comfortable solving ambiguous problems and delivering quality code.
