About The Role

We are seeking a Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in software design and implementation, and able to guide teams through complex problem-solving challenges. This role involves designing and optimizing digital health applications, driving technical excellence, and mentoring junior engineers. The position offers flexibility to work remotely within the U.S., aligning work hours with core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the digital engineering team to ensure technical excellence and best practices
• Design, develop, and optimize complex software features and systems
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital health
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to define requirements and technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
• Develop technical documentation and detailed solution designs
• Ensure adherence to performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development
• 5+ years designing and delivering complex software solutions, including customer-facing interactions
• 5+ years of experience with frontend UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms and DevOps/CI/CD processes
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working on prototype development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Preferred: Experience with agile methodologies, SAFe Agile knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
