Base pay range

$70.67/yr - $208,000.00/yr

Meta is seeking experienced full-stack Software Engineers to join our product teams. You can help build products that connect the next billion people, create features with billions of interactions daily, and be part of a team working to connect people globally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack web/mobile applications using various programming languages.
• Create consumer products and features using internal language Hack.
• Implement web or mobile interfaces with XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with PM and design teams to define features and build products using frameworks like React & React Native.
• Work with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services.
• Build report interfaces and data feeds.
• Own specific components, features, or systems with end-to-end understanding.
• Complete large scope projects while maintaining high productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of programming experience in relevant languages.
• Experience building large-scale applications.
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Hack.
• Ownership of specific components or systems.
• Experience completing large projects with high quality and reliability.
• Track record of setting technical direction and driving cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience with code reviews, testing, rollout, monitoring, and proactive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of architectural patterns for large-scale software.
• Experience with languages such as C, C++, Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
