Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Software Engineer - Embedded and Real Time to join our on-site team in San Diego, CA. You will work in Agile Scrum teams across the full SDLC, focusing on embedded RT software for flight and mission critical systems.
The role requires a STEM degree with experience in C, C++, Python, and embedded systems, plus the ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance. Relocation assistance may be available, and travel up to 25% is possible.

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking to add a Software Engineer - Embedded and Real Time to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Software organization. This position is located on site in San Diego, CA. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. Travel up to 25% may be required.
Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
