Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of software development experience for SW Engineer track, or 9+ years for Principal SW Engineer with relevant STEM degree.
• Experience with microservices, API definitions (Swagger), and modern databases (Relational/Graph/Document).
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java; HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript with React or Angular; Agile processes.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
