Discord is seeking Software Engineers to join the Consumer Revenue squads, building premium experiences like Nitro, shop, boosting, and user identity for millions of subscribers.

You will collaborate across Product, Data Science, Design, Marketing, and other teams, touching backend and frontend stacks (Web, Android, iOS) to deliver high-value features while preserving the free experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Full-stack proficiency with React/React Native and Python backend.
• Strong product sense and user empathy.
• Ownership mentality and autonomy.
• Pragmatic, incremental problem solving and rapid prototyping.
• Performance-focused mindset for React and client-server interactions.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve premium Discord experiences such as Nitro, shop, boosting, user identity.
• Own projects end to end by partnering with Product to refine requirements, create technical specs, and work with Design to execute.
• Work with a team of full-stack engineers to ship features across Web, Android, and iOS.
• Lead complex initiatives from conception to completion, thriving in ambiguous environments.
• Rapidly prototype new features and synthesize insights through experimentation.
