• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Full-stack proficiency with React/React Native and Python backend.
• Strong product sense and user empathy.
• Autonomy, initiative, and ability to succeed in ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve premium Discord experiences (Nitro, shop, boosting, user identity) and more.
• Own projects end to end with Product, refine requirements, create technical specs, and collaborate with Design to deliver top-quality UX.
• Collaborate with a team of full-stack engineers to ship features across Web, Android, and iOS.
• Lead complex initiatives from conception to completion in ambiguous environments.
• Rapidly prototype features and synthesize insights through experimentation.
