Crypto.com is building a Go-based backend platform to list and settle event contracts on our CFTC-regulated exchange, covering sports, crypto, and real-world events. You will develop Go services, move workflows from Python/Airflow, and create durable job processing with data integrations from providers, plus settlement rules and robust tests.

You will contribute to design docs, code reviews, and own features from design through production.

Formación

• 3–5+ years building production backend services.
• Proficiency in Go, or strong experience in another backend language plus a clear willingness to work primarily in Go.
• Hands-on Postgres experience, including: Schema design, Writing efficient queries, Transactions, Migrations.
• Understanding of concurrency, idempotency, and failure handling in distributed systems.
• A record of shipping and running services on your own.
• Clear communication and an interest in growing into technical leadership.

About the team

We build the platform that lists and settles event contracts on our CFTC-regulated exchange. That covers sports, crypto, and other real-world events.

Our systems take in data from several sports and market providers, turn each event into tradeable contracts, and settle them correctly once the event ends. Settlement moves real money, so correctness and auditability matter as much as speed.

We are moving the platform from Python and Airflow to Go services built around Postgres, and you’ll help build it.

What you’ll do

• Build and run Go backend services that list and settle event contracts around the clock.
• Move existing workflows from Python/Airflow to Go services and durable job processing.

What we’re looking for

• AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Startup experience.

$170,000 - $190,000 a year
