Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior software engineering leader to own the infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling, enabling fast, safe shipping at scale.

You will set the technical direction for reliability, security, and compliance, shape API design and scalability, and partner with engineering leadership to define roadmap priorities while mentoring teams to raise engineering quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record on complex, large-scale projects.
• Deep expertise in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and distributed systems.
• Comfortable making technical decisions and navigating hard tradeoffs.
• Energized by building in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience mentoring and elevating engineering quality through design reviews.
