Software Engineer - on-site in Raymond, Ohio

Responsible for planning, designing, developing, and validating software systems and applications focused on user experience (UX) innovation. This includes enhancements to existing products and the development of new solutions, particularly within cloud-based platforms and internet-connected tools. The role emphasizes creating intuitive, high-performance UX applications that support strategic product differentiation and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++, with the ability to apply them across diverse development environments
• Experienced in both front-end and back-end development, with a solid understanding of full-stack architecture and integration
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum, with practical experience in iterative development and team collaboration
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, including deployment and service integration
