As a new grad software engineer, you'll join our small but high-performing engineering team to build and scale the core infrastructure that powers our AI products.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and APIs for data ingestion, job matching, and user automation
• Write Python code to process large-scale datasets (MongoDB, Snowflake, Zilliz)
• Develop tools that automate and optimize workflows for job seekers
• Collaborate on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD workflows
• Analyze product usage and improve features based on user feedback and growth data

Skills

• Recently graduated with a CS, EE, Math, or related technical degree
• Have solid Python skills and familiarity with SQL
• Are excited about fast-paced startup environments and building from 0→1
• Care deeply about user experience and product impact
• Have some familiarity (or strong interest) in generative AI, cloud infra, or data pipelines
• Internship or project experience using MongoDB, Snowflake, or job-related platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Greenhouse)
