Valon is building the AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing. We’ve built and operate our own mortgage servicing business managing $110+ billion in loans, transforming margins and customer experience.

Our engineering team powers a modern mortgage servicing platform with Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform. Our offices are in New York City and San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong communicator with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience building scalable software systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn new concepts and technologies quickly and apply them to challenging problems.
• Design and build robust infrastructure to handle evolving federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Dive deep to understand a highly complex industry.
• Work with Product and Design to define the best experience for customers.
