Responsibilities

Forsys Inc. is a global Lead-to-Revenue company focused primarily on Revenue transformation strategy, implementation, change management and change sustenance. We are seeing remarkable growth in the past few years. Forsys is headquartered in Milpitas California, with offices in Austin Texas and Hyderabad, India.With a high level of independent decision making authority will be responsible for the following:
1. Understand the current business process and gather and analyze and business requirements.
2. Document requirements, system configuration and flows.
3. Build the requirements captured and provide necessary solutions.
4. Create and maintain Solution Design Documents, Training Documents, User Manuals.
5. Conduct functional demos to business stakeholders and End User Trainings.
6. Deploy the configuration/code across the sandboxes and production environment.
7. Post Deployment and Hypercare support to the business.
8. Perform Configuration migration with Changesets across sandboxes and Production orgs.
9. Perform Data Loading activities of legacy data and agreement documents.
10. Assist in Post Deployment and Hypercare support to the business.

Requirements

1. Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.

2. Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Solutions Lead, Sr. Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or related field.

3. Required experience must include experience in Conga CPQ/Conga CLM, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Data Loader, Callidus Cloud, Oracle CPQ, JIRA, Asana, GIT, Github, ANT, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Windows, Unix, Linux.

4. Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the United States.
