• A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Software development experience using Python and C++ is required.
• Experience with ML hardware accelerators and inference software is required.
• Preferred: PhD and two years of experience with hardware accelerators, co-design, performance optimization, and large-scale collaborative software development.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product teams to design, implement, and prototype software algorithms.
• Oversee software/hardware co-design and kernel optimization.
• Benchmark and optimize performance and inform future software and hardware design.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap.
