Job summary

REDLattice, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer in Quantico, VA to design, implement, and sustain Windows-based applications used to collect, process, and disseminate lawfully collected data. You will work with end users, engineers, and mission stakeholders to deliver mission-focused capabilities.

The role emphasizes full lifecycle software development, data integration, and performance optimization for national security missions in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/SE or related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience at user or kernel level.
• Experience deriving design specifications and maintaining complex software solutions.
• Experience with multi-tier software design and development.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as C and C#.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to obtain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle software development support, including interaction with users and stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and maintain Windows applications for data collection, processing, and dissemination.
• Support data source integration from collection systems and create data visualizations in mission management systems.
• Contribute to system design to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Translate designs into operational software solutions.
• Test, debug, and refine software applications and services.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and mission stakeholders to deliver capabilities.
• Participate in design reviews and development discussions.
