Job summary

VICTUS Networks in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer to join the MIS & Tools team. You will design, develop and enhance web applications and internal platforms using PHP, Laravel and JavaScript to support telecom operations.

You will work on RESTful APIs, workflow automation with Power Automate and RPA, GIS-related mapping, and ensure code quality. A degree in CS/SE/IT and at least 2 years of experience are expected; strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP (8.0+) and Laravel.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS; modern web development.
• Familiarity with Vue.js and MVC architecture.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Understanding of version control, CI/CD practices and containerization technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications and internal software platforms using PHP, Laravel and JavaScript.
• Build scalable, reliable solutions and improve existing applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs connecting different systems.
• Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate and RPA technologies.
• Work with databases and ensure efficient data management and system integration.
• Support GIS-related applications and mapping solutions used in telecommunications network operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to deployment, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Document technical requirements and ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
