Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts).
• 3+ years of backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, C#) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Strong hands-on experience integrating applications with relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs, and complex data objects.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLMs) into software features.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of full stack applications, databases, and integrations.
• Familiarity with YAML configurations and automation scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
• Experience with security, connectivity, and data transfer in cloud/hybrid environments.
• Exposure to real-time data streaming technologies and AI-enabled workflows.
• Healthcare data familiarity, HIPAA compliance awareness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Position Summary

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality web applications, interactive dashboards, and backend integration services through collaboration with our engineering, data, product and DevOps teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be instrumental in building modern user interfaces, integrating backend systems with complex data objects, and embedding AI capabilities into our application ecosystem.

• Familiarity with healthcare data, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare insurance feeds.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Full time Pay Range

83,430.00 - $222,480.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
