Alpaca is seeking a backend engineer to design and scale mission-critical market data provider services and public APIs for stocks, options, crypto, and forex. You will own reliability, performance, and incident troubleshooting.

The role requires a Computer Science degree and 3+ years of backend development with a DevOps mindset; proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methods is essential. Knowledge of Go, Python, REST, gRPC, and cloud platforms is highly valued.
