Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector seeks a Software Engineer (Level 3/4) to develop and sustain mission software products. Multiple locations allowed (Redondo Beach CA, Aurora CO, Gilbert AZ). Must obtain or hold SCI/TS clearance and be willing to travel up to ~25% for training and collaboration.

Responsibilities include contributing to large subsystems, delivering robust software, and supporting national security missions with a strong mix of OO design, C++, and Linux expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience; Master's with 3 years; PhD with 1 year; 4 years may be substituted.
• Must have an active SCI at time of application OR an active TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI before start date.
• Advanced OO programming skills; experience with C++ programming; knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
