Job Description
Primary Purpose: The Software Engineer Lead Consultant will be responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 production support for the Claims Application built on the Siebel platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring system reliability, performance, and stability, while also contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business-critical applications to support operational and strategic goals.

Preferred Skills:
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred).
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 - $150,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
