PNC is seeking a Software Engineer Lead for the Asset Management Group Tech organization. The role supports offices in Dallas, Strongsville, Pittsburgh, or Birmingham, with focus on leading software development teams and delivering scalable solutions.
Responsibilities include design leadership, API development, and mentoring in an Agile environment. Requires strong C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, and containerization experience, plus SQL Server proficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Software Development Lead or similar leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET MVC.
- Front-end development using Angular.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting APIs.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
- Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 5+.
- Proficiency with SQL Server and Entity Framework.

Due to the nature of the position, we are looking for candidates with the following:
- Proven experience in a Software Development Lead or similar leadership role
- Strong background in code reviews, mentoring, and team development
- Hands‑on experience with C# and ASP.NET MVC
- Front‑end development expertise using Angular framework
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting APIs
- Proficiency with SQL Server and Entity Framework
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
- Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 5+

Base Salary: $40,000.00 – $158,125.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 06/24/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
