PNC seeks a Software Engineer Lead to drive the design and development of software solutions within its Technology organization. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will lead technical teams, shape architecture, review coding and testing, and guide colleagues through complex problem resolution to deliver reliable systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of direct experience; PNC states no visa sponsorship for this position.
