In support of that mission, we are rapidly growing our Keystone team. The Keystone Service team is responsible for cutting-edge technologies that enable NetApp's Pay as you go offering. Keystone Service helps customers manage data on prem or in the cloud and have invoices that are charged in a subscription manner.

Job Summary

In support of that mission, we are rapidly growing our Keystone team. The Keystone Service team is responsible for cutting-edge technologies that enable NetApp's Pay as you go offering. Keystone Service helps customers manage data on prem or in the cloud and have invoices that are charged in a subscription manner.

As an engineer in the NetApp's Keystone organization, you will be responsible for executing our most challenging and complex projects. You will be responsible for decomposing complex product UI requirements into simple solutions, understanding system interdependencies and limitations and engineering best practices.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible partnering with technical and product leaders, mentoring and developing others. You will be a key player in helping NetApp stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative solutions to our customers

You are expected to have a strong technical point of view, be a great team player and work with internal and external stakeholders with trust with empathy.

Job Requirements

  • Understand coding and development tools with at least three years of professional experience developing UIs
  • Knowledge of wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows
  • Understanding of tools for visual design and wireframing with attention to detail
  • Coding proficiency in React, python or Go
  • Should have knowledge on optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Should be prepared to work in a highly agile, high velocity environment
  • Demonstrate ability to contribute on customer issues and escalations in a swift manner
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and possession of strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Education

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 2 years of experience, or a Master's Degree; or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is 108,800 - 162,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
