Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Sr Java Developer for our client in O'Fallon, MO to design and build scalable financial services software. You will translate requirements into tasks, estimate effort, and deliver modular, high-quality code for production systems across microservices.

You will work with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, RESTful services and JPA, applying SOLID principles, TDD, and CI/CD within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Experience in finance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our Client is seeking talented individuals to join our Network Solutions team in O'Fallon, MO. They are researching and developing the next generation of products and services to enable consumers to securely, efficiently, and intelligently conduct transactions regardless of channel.

Responsibilities

• Design components by translating product requirements, break down project into tasks and provide accurate estimates
• Independently come up with different solutions, extensible Low-level design. Write modular, extensible, readable and performant code
• Choose the right Data Structures, tools and tech stacks and be able to do High Level Designing with guidance
• Research new frameworks and technologies, assist with prototyping and proof-of-concepts, participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with teams by contributing to the shared vision and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
• You will be responsible for the components you (and or your team) build and will support them till the time they are live in production
