Us Tech Solutions in Redmond, WA, seeks a Software Engineer focused on data annotation and data ingestion for AR/VR infrastructure. You will collaborate with infrastructure engineers and data strategy TPMs to design robust data pipelines and ML-ready workflows.

The role requires learning new languages and systems, comfortable with ambiguity, and making architectural tradeoffs to deliver software quickly across devices and central infrastructure.

Competenze

Job Description:

• At Client Reality Labs (FRL), our goal is to explore, innovate and design client interfaces and hardware subsystems for the next generation of virtual, augmented, and mixed reality experiences.

• We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team.

• We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience in data annotation and data ingestion, who can work with a team of infrastructure engineers and data strategy TPMs.

• The ideal candidate will be someone who likes to learn constantly, dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and embrace the ambiguity of AR/VR problem solving.

• They will also be someone who likes to collaborate in a team environment across multiple scientific and engineering disciplines, making the architectural tradeoffs required to rapidly deliver software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for someone with prior experience working with data pipelines, data annotation pipelines, and automation for machine learning.
• Will work with a team supporting data ingested from a variety of devices through different paths into central infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in new languages, configuration systems and picking up new systems.

Experience:

• 5 minimum years of experience

• The role will interact with the following client tools: WWW (a monolithic codebase that serves all traffic from Client and Messenger), HACK (server side programming language), Fbcode
