The Standard is seeking an experienced Software Engineer IV with 10+ years of data engineering to design, implement and maintain enterprise-scale data solutions. You will work with SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Databricks and BI tools to build robust ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data processing.

Ideal candidates have deep hands-on experience across analytics infrastructure, production support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data platforms and insights.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer IV professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Sisense and Databricks, with strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time and batch data processing solutions, data transformations, and production-grade data integrations. This position requires a highly technical, hands-on engineer who can design solutions as well as develop, troubleshoot, optimize, and support complex data pipelines.

Skills and Background

Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related degree is preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of overall hands-on data engineering experience. Strong experience working in complex enterprise environments. Experience supporting business-critical and high-volume production data platforms. Ability to work across architecture, development, infrastructure, application, and business teams.

• Experience working in Voluntary Insurance Business is preferred.

In addition to the competitive salary range below, our employee-focused benefits support work-life balance. Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance. The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range: $131,750.00 - $223,500.00
