Software Engineer – iOS/Android (Full Stack Java Developer)

Job Overview
Design, develop, and support scalable web and mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Work closely with product owners, architects, UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions from concept through deployment and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Full‑Stack Development
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Build scalable backend services.
- Develop responsive user interfaces with Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Integrate applications with internal and external APIs and third‑party services.
- Participate in architecture, design reviews, and technical planning sessions.
- Mobile Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications.
- iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Consume and expose RESTful APIs for mobile.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Support App Store and Google Play release processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- DevOps & Quality
Develop automated tests and participate in CI/CD.
- Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development.
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Monitor and improve application performance and security.
- Support cloud‑native deployments and containerized environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of software development experience; 3+ years with Java enterprise applications.
- Proficiency with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, REST API development, and microservices.
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Strong Git source control skills.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
- Experience developing mobile applications for iOS, Android, or both.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Android and iOS native development experience.
- Cross‑platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Docker and Kubernetes knowledge.
- Event‑driven architecture and Kafka familiarity.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab.
- Mobile security, encryption, and secure coding.
- Exposure to regulated financial services or banking environments.

Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000.00 – $150,000.00 (location dependent). Incentive eligible based on performance.
