Job summary

UEC in Reston, VA, seeks a student intern to help design, develop, and test low-code applications using drag-and-drop tools. You will write clean code to automate data and tasks, and collaborate with teammates to deliver technical solutions that improve data quality and governance. This hybrid role requires office attendance and travel.

Start Date: May 17, 2027. End Date: August 6, 2027. Compensation is an hourly $25 rate, with emphasis on problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and drag-and-drop environments like Boomi.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred: Experience with Power Apps or OutSystems.
• Preferred: Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in software development.
