• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Junior status with expected graduation Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time during the internship period.
• Open to working remotely within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative technical solutions to tackle complex problems.
• Assist in application development (AI, HTML, JavaScript, data design and analytics).
• Collaborate within a diverse team using Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Apply Thrivent’s development and deployment standards for software assets.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting under mentorship.
