Job summary

Moog is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for summer 2027 in Mineral Wells, TX, onsite with the Military Aircraft Group. The intern will have an onsite schedule and contribute to software engineering tasks across the lifecycle. Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program, maintain a GPA of at least 3.0, and have the ability to relocate for the internship.

Qualifications

Enrollment in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, or Electrical Engineering program.
GPA of at least 3.0 (department may specify exact GPA).
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

Contribute to preparation and execution of key software engineering tasks.
Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
Work may include software development, software integration, programming, and full lifecycle management of flight displays, radios, autopilot systems, and sensors.
Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
Operate as a multidisciplinary team member and represent Moog professionally.
