Job summary

Glean is seeking a Software Engineer intern to design, develop, and maintain software powering our products. You will own a scoped, high-impact project end-to-end—from problem definition to launch and measurement of outcomes.

You will ship production-quality code with thorough reviews and iteratively improve across the stack, including backend, ML/AI/search, infrastructure, security, and UI, in a fast-paced, data-driven setting in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• Graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent program.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong foundation in CS and software development fundamentals.
• Interested in Backend, Infrastructure, Security, UI/full-stack, or ML/NLP/Search.
• A team player, a strong desire to learn, and an owner mentality.
• Prior internship experience in one or more of the areas above.
