The program emphasizes hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real-world challenges, centered in Software Development and R&D. Expected graduation date is 2026 or later for STEM students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code and eagerness to learn best practices in software engineering.
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in a collaborative development environment.
• Solid foundation in programming languages like JavaScript or similar and an understanding of web technologies such as modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and ability to contribute effectively to team-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other engineers to develop and enhance features for the Clarity web application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, contributing to the reliability and performance of Clarity’s data presentation tools.
• Contribute to documentation and processes around deploying medical software to the public.
• Participate in code reviews and apply best practices in software development to maintain high standards of quality and scalability.
