Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is offering a Software Engineer Intern program at our Carmel, IN headquarters for rising juniors and seniors. You will contribute to enterprise software projects, work with .NET/C#, JavaScript, Python, and SQL, and gain hands-on experience through real client-facing work.

During the 12-week internship (May 17 – Aug 6, 2027), you will join the Enterprise Technology Department, collaborate across teams, and participate in CI/CD pipelines and cloud-focused initiatives on AWS.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing Computer Science or Software Development.
• Experience with at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases through coursework or projects.
• Experience using AI tools to assist coding, with ability to verify results.
• Strong written and verbal communication and willingness to participate in code reviews.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Curiosity about how large software systems operate and comfort with unfamiliar code.

Responsibilities

• Write code to satisfy acceptance criteria of user stories with unit/integration tests.
• Help write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Debug code and analyze data to diagnose defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with team in SDLC and present results to team.
• Develop software using .Net/C#, JavaScript, Python, and TSQL; participate in code reviews.
• Apply AI tools to improve efficiency and review AI-generated code for correctness.
• Work with cloud-native approaches on AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
