• Add network delay and fault injection to simulate different system configurations and failure modes.
• Validate the harness by reproducing real past defects.
• Integrate it into our CI pipeline so integration tests run automatically on code changes.
• If time allows, apply the same framework to a second, larger distributed system and measure savings.
