KLA Corporation in Milpitas, CA is hiring an entry-level software engineer to design, develop and test software for advanced semiconductor equipment. You will collaborate with machine control and backend teams using C#, C++, Java or Python to deliver reliable tooling and automation.

As part of the Semi PC division, you will learn system architecture, work on data analysis and visualization tasks, and help optimize performance and productivity across engineering workflows.

Formación

• Design, develop, test, and enhance software using C#, C++, Java, and/or Python.
• Collaborate with Machine Control and backend teams to improve semiconductor equipment software.
• Develop automation scripts and engineering tools for analysis and debugging.
• Analyze workflows to improve performance, reliability, and productivity.
• Learn system architecture and interactions between software, hardware, and sensors.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, test, and optimize software components for semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Develop, integrate, and validate software with hardware subsystems and data streams.
• Create tooling to automate data analysis, visualization, and debugging tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
