Neuralink in California is offering a high-autonomy, high-ownership software engineering internship. You will work closely with engineers and scientists to build software with immediate, tangible impact on Neuralink’s mission.

Some days you’ll write code solo; other days you’ll pair with colleagues to understand a workflow and design the right tool. You’ll tackle data platforms, lab systems, ERP, and DevOps to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Shipping a product that has been actively used.
• Full-stack capability with Rails and React/TypeScript.
• Designing simple and elegant software solutions.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
• Understanding how software works at a fundamental level.
