Job summary

Lyft in San Francisco is seeking interns to work with top engineers on user-facing products, gaining hands-on experience from day one. The role offers autonomy, collaboration in-office, and the chance to ship features that affect drivers and riders.

You'll contribute to testing, refactor code, and participate in reviews while learning CS fundamentals and real-time systems. Summer 2027 availability is required, with a hybrid schedule in the office three days a week.

Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, with a graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028 (required). For any candidates who are master's students who worked between their bachelor's and master's programs: candidates should also have less than 2 years of relevant full-time work experience
• Available during Summer 2027 for an internship in San Francisco

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is USD $52-$58/hour, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
