Job summary

Paraglide is hiring a student-intern who will contribute to building AI agents for back-office finance teams. You will ship production code in week one, learn from senior engineers, and work across Malmö, London, and remote settings.

You’ll join a fast-growing startup with real projects and a path to a full-time role after graduation. This paid internship bends around your studies and offers practical learning.

Qualifications

• You’re in your 4th or final year and building projects on your own.
• University isn’t moving fast enough for you to grow hands-on.
• Show initiative and a taste for hard problems with no obvious answers.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end work: take a problem, shape the product, build it, ship it and run it.
• Contribute production code from week one and learn from senior engineers.
• Collaborate across Malmö, London offices and remote work as needed.

About Paraglide

Paraglide is a fast-growing AI startup, backed by the investors behind Anthropic, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Twitch. We build AI agents for back-office finance teams, helping them manage their email inbox and get paid faster.

We're a team of 20, based in Malmö and London. This role moves between both offices and remote work.

Who we're looking for

You're in your 4th or final year of computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and you haven't waited for a job to start building. You have projects of your own and a taste for problems without an obvious answer. University isn't moving fast enough for you.

How we work

End to end: you take a problem, shape the product, build it, ship it, run it. We build our software with AI and spend real engineering time making that work well. So recognizing good code matters more here than knowing any particular language.
