The Role

Software Engineers at Palantir build software at scale to transform how organizations around the world use data. As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll have an opportunity to grow more quickly than you ever envisioned, as you contribute high‑quality code directly to Palantir Gotham, Palantir Foundry, or Palantir Apollo: products that are deployed at some of the most important institutions across the public and private sectors.

Core Responsibilities

You are involved throughout the product lifecycle — from idea generation, design, and prototyping to execution and shipping while also being paired with a mentor dedicated to your growth and success. You’ll collaborate closely with technical and non‑technical counterparts to understand our customers’ problems and build products that tackle them. You may have the opportunity to tour an assembly line or sit with a counter‑terror analyst to understand their mission.

What We Require

• Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Planning to graduate in 2028 – this should be your final internship before graduating.

Location and Remote Work

Many teams offer hybrid options with occasional office presence. Some roles permit remote work on an exceptional basis, requiring you to work from a state in which you are employed if specified as remote.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $10,500 per month. Total compensation will be determined by individual qualifications, work experience, and skills. This estimate excludes benefits and future long‑term incentives.
