Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking engineers to join our mission of delivering comfortable, sustainable climate solutions. You will work on C++/Java based software with embedded Linux, contributing to both manual and automated testing and quality processes.

Position requires pursuing BS/MS in CS/CE/EE with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Expect onsite collaboration 4 days a week with flexible location on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• Strong collaboration and leadership demonstrated through campus or work projects.

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What You Will Do

• Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently, such as, prioritizing tasks based on importance
• Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
