Qualifications

• Programming experience in C#, C++, Java or equivalent OO programming language.
• Ability to execute and document defined testing procedures.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test result(s).

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is looking for someone to join our Communications & Cyber Security Team as a Software Engineer Intern. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer in Boise, Idaho. • Experience using scripting languages, such as Python, Javascript, Bash
• Practical knowledge of developing Linux daemons
• Knowledge of SQL, database, and networking concepts
• Experience using revision control and source code management systems

Pay Range Data

( $24.25- $33.00 ) * Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate).
