Job summary

North South Consulting Group is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and implement modern web applications. You will work on full-stack development with Java/Spring Boot for backend and Angular for the frontend, including UI/UX implementation and RESTful API design.

You will contribute to cloud integration in AWS, system modernization, and QA efforts within an Agile SAFe/Scrum environment. A US citizen with Security+ and SECRET clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 5-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in front-end development with Angular, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Node.js for backend services or build tooling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably in an AWS environment.
• Experience with Agile development processes (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experienced with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Possess an active CompTIA Security+ / IAT level II certification.
• Possess a SECRET security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
