  4. Design testable software, compose test plans and automate test cases while making necessary improvements to test frameworks.
  5. Hands on development of product features keeping subsystem reusability, modularity, and high scale as part of design.
  6. Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and other operational duties as needed to ensure stable service delivery.

Must-have Qualifications

  1. Professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Golang. Experience with Python or Java is a plus.
  2. Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry (Otel) for observability, tracing, and monitoring in distributed systems.

  5. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI/ML infrastructure.
  6. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps best practices.
  7. Knowledge of NoSQL and vector databases for efficient AI data retrieval is a plus.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  9. BS CS or EE degree, or equivalent training or work experience.
  10. 5+ years related experience (or Masters and 4+ years related experience, or PhD without experience).
